Straight answers about peptides, hormones, providers, shipping and safety.
Start with the 2-minute quiz — it matches your goal to the protocols we'd recommend, with transparent pricing. If you'd rather talk it through, book a free one-on-one consultation — we'll go over your goals and help you find the right starting point, no commitment.
Therapies like GLP-1 medications and hormone treatments are prescription-only. Every Sculptmed order is reviewed by a licensed provider, and your quiz answers, intake and labs determine what's appropriate. A prescription is never guaranteed — if something isn't right for you, we'll say so.
Most of our members started exactly there. Lyophilized peptides arrive with everything you need and step-by-step instructions; needles are small (insulin-style) and most people are surprised how easy it is after the first try. If you're nervous, start with a consultation — or with non-injectable options like our dissolvable tablets.
Yes — Sculptmed is the wellness and longevity arm of Sculptme. Same team, same standards: what we do in the studio for strength, we do here for everything underneath it.
No insurance needed, and we don't bill insurers — our pricing is flat and transparent. Some HSA/FSA plans may reimburse for eligible services; check with your plan administrator.
Freeze-dried. Peptides are shipped as a stable powder in a sealed vial, and you reconstitute them with bacteriostatic water before use (included in kits or available with your order). This keeps the peptide stable in transit and storage. Full instructions come with every order.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished products. They are prepared from FDA-approved active pharmaceutical ingredients by licensed, U.S.-based pharmacies operating under federal and state regulations. Your provider determines whether a compounded or brand-name option is appropriate for you.
The most common are nausea, constipation, diarrhea and stomach discomfort, especially while doses increase. Serious but less common risks include pancreatitis and gallbladder issues. GLP-1s are not appropriate during pregnancy or with a personal/family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2. Your provider reviews your history before approval and is there for questions throughout.
It varies by product — most lyophilized peptides store at room temperature until reconstituted, then refrigerated. Every order arrives with storage instructions for that specific product, and you can always message us if unsure.
Some combinations work well together — that's why we offer blends like Wolverine (BPC-157 + TB-500) and GLOW. But stacking decisions should be made with provider guidance, not internet forums. Book a consult and build it properly.
Licensed, U.S.-based independent providers who review every intake and order. For hormone therapy they'll also review labs, discuss your goals, and set your protocol and dosing. Sculptmed (Sculpt Me LLC) is the platform — all medical decisions sit with licensed providers.
Order a panel (men's and women's essentials from $125–139, plus hormone-specific, weight-loss and thyroid panels), collect your sample at home with the kit, and send it back with the prepaid packaging. Results go to you and your provider.
For hormone therapy (TRT/HRT) — yes, labs are part of doing this properly, and startup packages include them. For most peptide protocols labs aren't required to start, though baseline panels are a smart idea and your provider may recommend one.
Then you'll hear it straight, with the reason why and what your alternatives are. Provider review is real — it's the entire point of doing this the right way.
Once your order is approved, it ships from a U.S. pharmacy and typically arrives within days. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on the way.
Completely. Plain packaging with nothing announcing what's inside — your business stays your business.
Lyophilized peptides come with reconstitution instructions, and home kits include what you need to get started. Extra supplies — bacteriostatic water ($9.95), syringe packs, full kits ($14.95) — are available any time.
For safety reasons, medications can't be returned or resold once shipped. If something arrives damaged or there's an error with your order, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
No. The price on the product page is the price. Lab panels, supplies and consultations are each priced separately and clearly — nothing is added at checkout.
Signature memberships ($199/mo for men's TRT, $250/mo for women's HRT) cover your ongoing protocol and provider care on a monthly subscription. Startup packages include your initial consult, labs and first medication cycle.
Yes — memberships are month-to-month. Contact us before your next billing date and we'll take care of it.
Prices and promotional offers may change over time, but never mid-order — the price you check out at is the price you pay.
That's literally what the quiz is for.
